I will say though, almost nine years into running this business, the universe is bringing some interesting new collaborations this way. New ventures are afoot, and I want to give you a sneak peak of what’s brewing…
One thing I have often encountered as an experienced freelancer is that custom content ends up being too pricey to solve for month-in, month-out content needs. But I see that some small and mid-sized firms need help covering their table-stakes marketing, including market commentaries and ongoing blog/email articles, in a cost-effective way.
In 2024, we’re trying out a new model to meet this need – a monthly subscription package. This service includes monthly delivery of a market commentary, plus a second content piece covering a financial planning or investment topic. Subscribers will also have access to all previously published subscription pieces in a library, available for their publication or distribution as they like.
Who’s this “we”? Partnering with a small group of clients – think of a co-op – we have been up and running since August. Think BETA mode. It’s been a fun new challenge and I’m excited to see how it shapes up in 2024!
